Nancy R. Larsen | LCSW
If you’ve been considering therapy, there’s no better time to begin. The journey takes patience, but it can transform your life.
Navigating life with OCD and anxiety takes courage and strength. As a Therapist, I have worked with hundreds of clients who suffer from OCD and anxiety just like you, and I can truly say, I understand how heavy it can feel.
Helping individuals overcome OCD and anxiety disorders is the heart of my work. Together, we’ve had great success finding new perspectives on their struggles. I also work with individuals and couples experiencing depression, misophonia, trichotillomania, behavioral addictions, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Using evidence-based approaches like ACT, CBT, ERP, and Mindfulness, clients learn to reconnect with what matters most to them. These values become their foundation as they grow, heal, and move toward the lives they want. It’s humbling to witness their resilience and dedication.

John Hess | CMHC
I believe you have inside of you what it takes to make needed changes. My job as a counselor is to help you see things differently, learn new skills, and create the desire to harness your internal strength.
I believe in providing a calming environment of non-judgmental compassion that allows honest introspection and encourages growth and healing. With years of life and professional experience, I offer clients wisdom and genuine concern—sharing what they need to hear, even when it’s painful.
My areas of specialization include OCD, compulsive sexual behavior, and men’s issues. My therapeutic approaches include CBT, ACT, ERP, and mindfulness skills.
From our sessions, clients take away new insights and understandings about their struggles, new skills to tackle their challenges, and hope that a happier tomorrow is possible.
Real change takes time. My clients learn that healing is not about perfection, but about progress—which requires self-forgiveness and patience. They gain a sense of empowerment and ownership for their personal growth journey.

Let’s talk about your journey and explore what healing and success look like for you. Together, we can create a path toward your personal goals—mentally, emotionally, and beyond.
In recent years, I’ve witnessed increased levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm affecting so many individuals and families. Life feels especially challenging right now, and it’s not always easy to know where to turn. I’m passionate about helping people navigate these struggles by teaching practical skills, offering evidence-based tools, and providing a safe space for healing and growth.
One of my core specialties is working with people who have experienced trauma. Whether your trauma is recent or from years ago, its impact can show up as anxiety, fear, or depression. My clinical experience also includes supporting individuals facing OCD, behavioral addictions, anxiety disorders, and mood challenges.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I believe that truly understanding your unique story is the foundation for meaningful therapy. Sometimes the goal is to overcome obstacles. Other times, it’s learning how to live a fulfilling and joyful life even while facing ongoing challenges.
